Before Google or an AI assistant can recommend you, it has to reach your pages, read them and understand what they are about. Technical SEO is the quiet work that makes sure nothing stands in the way.
What I check and fix
- Indexing. Which pages Google has indexed, which it has skipped, and why. Fixed through Search Console, your sitemap and your platform settings.
- Sitemaps and robots rules. A clean sitemap, and robots rules that let Google and the main AI crawlers in.
- Redirects and broken links. Old URLs sent to the right new pages, and dead links removed.
- Titles and descriptions. A clear, unique title and description for every important page.
- Structured data. Schema markup for your business, services, FAQs and articles.
- Speed and mobile. Oversized images, heavy apps and plugins, and layout problems on phones, fixed where your platform allows.
- Site structure. One clear page per service, linked so that both visitors and crawlers can find it.
Working within your platform
Squarespace, Wix and Shopify handle some technical settings for you and lock others. I know where each platform's limits are, fix what can be fixed, and tell you plainly about anything that cannot be changed without moving platforms. Usually that list is short.

Technical SEO is part of every engagement, starting with Essentials at $1,500 CAD. It is one fixed fee with no retainer, and you receive a before-and-after report at the end.

What is technical SEO?
Technical SEO is the work that lets search engines and AI crawlers find, read and trust your pages: indexing, sitemaps, robots rules, redirects, page speed, mobile layout, metadata and structured data. It is the foundation the rest of your SEO sits on.
Do I need a developer for this?
No. I only take on sites built on platforms you can edit yourself, such as WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and HubSpot CMS. I make the changes in your editor with my own login, and note anything the platform does not allow.
Will technical fixes improve my rankings?
They remove the problems that hold good pages back, which is often where the quickest gains are. No one can honestly promise a ranking. You get a before-and-after report showing exactly what changed.
Do you need my password?
No. You add me as a user or collaborator in your website editor and Google Search Console, and remove me when we finish. You keep ownership of everything.
